Brad Williams
“Anything worth doing is worth overdoing”

Brad began his career with the “Big 4” accounting firms.  Fist working for KPMG in Billings then for Coopers and Lybrand in Spokane.  Brad has been in Sandpoint since 1991.  Brad grew up in Libby, Montana and has spent his life in the northwest.

Brad specializes in providing planning, tax and accounting services to business and their owners.  In addition to being a CPA, he also holds the Personal Financial Planning Specialist designation.
He is active in the profession and the community.  Brad is a peer reviewer (providing other CPA firms with assistance regarding quality control in their accounting practices).  Brad is past chairman of the Peer Review committee of the Idaho Society of CPAs and is currently a member of the Idaho board of Accountancy’s peer Review oversight committee.  Brad is a past president of the Sandpoint Soccer Association and is the treasurer of the Panhandle Alliance for Education.

Brad’s wife Carol is also a CPA.  She was formerly the controller of Coldwater Creek.  They have three children, two in college and one attending Sandpoint High School.


Paula Parsons

Paula Parsons moved to Sandpoint, Idaho in May 1993 after working as a CPA and managing partner in a local firm in Paradise, California. Paula and Brad Williams merged their Sandpoint practices in 1995 to create Williams Parsons CPA.

Paula specializes in taxation and business consulting and has extensive knowledge in real estate, estate and fiduciary, and multi-state issues.  She is active in the arts community, serving as Treasurer and Past President of the Festival at Sandpoint, and is also currently the President of the Sandpoint Rotary. She has three grown daughters and three grandchildren.  She enjoys hiking, skiing and travel.
